Our Services
Multi Digital IT Solutions offers productized IT services including website development, mobile app development, SEO, web audits, ERP solutions, CRM setup, UI/UX design, cloud hosting, cybersecurity, digital marketing, custom software development, IT consulting, maintenance and support, and e-commerce development. Each service listed in our shop comes with a defined scope — what's included is described on that service's page.
Ordering & Payment
All prices on this site are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are fixed for the scope described. Orders can be paid via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer. Work begins once payment (or the agreed advance) is received and any required information from you has been submitted.
Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order and depend on how quickly you provide the information, content, or approvals we need. Delays caused by late client feedback may extend the delivery window beyond the original estimate.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, content, and access credentials needed to complete your order
- Respond to requests for feedback or approval in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the legal right to use any content, logos, or material you provide to us
- Use delivered services and systems in compliance with applicable Pakistani law
Intellectual Property
Once a service is paid for in full, ownership of the custom deliverables built specifically for you (such as your website's design and code) transfers to you. Any third-party software, plugins, themes, or licenses used remain subject to their own license terms.
Limitation of Liability
Multi Digital IT Solutions will deliver services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, beyond the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may cancel an order before work begins, subject to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if the requested work is illegal, abusive, or outside what we reasonably offer.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
